The “Mirador” building in Sanchinarro is an architectural referente in Madrid, which was designed by MVRDV company and Blanca Lleó.
This 63,4 metre building is also known due to the empty space that it has in the 12th floor, which is used as a terrace by the tenants.
However, the building has its own polemic, owing to the fact that the construction was paralized by financial problems, and the people who had already bought a flat had to wait from 2001 to 2005 in order to move there.
In the building typology the light is the priority, try to get it as much as possible.
